Photos, 3D views and descriptions show types of equipment for illustration. Make, model, dimensions, material, finish, fuel or power needs and accessories are confirmed in our written quotation or order confirmation. Availability and specifications can change.
2. Enquiries and quotations
A phone call, WhatsApp message or quote form message is a request for information or a quotation and does not create a confirmed order. A quotation sets out the scope, quantity, price, validity, applicable taxes, delivery, installation and payment terms. Prices depend on the agreed specification. There is no online checkout on this website.
3. Delivery and installation
Delivery estimates, transport charges, installation scope, site requirements and commissioning are agreed for each order. Service availability depends on location. Gas, electrical, ventilation and plumbing requirements depend on the equipment and the site.
4. Cancellation, returns and refunds
These conditions depend on whether the equipment is standard, specially sourced or made to your specification, and on the stage of the order.
